Hi, not entirely sure how relevant this is, but I’m a Linux user and was looking for scripts to easily install the AppImage and set up the desktop application. While searching, I noticed that every script I found retrieves the AppImage from cursor.sh, even though this forum and everything else seems to be hosted on cursor.com.
This made me wonder whether cursor.sh is officially affiliated, or if it could potentially be a malicious middleman. I’m not sure if there’s an actual issue here, but I figured it might be worth flagging as a potential concern—just in case
