Cursor silently fails while Generating

Edit: restarting my pc worked, for some reason.

I am unable to use Cursor in my one project,

It shows that it is generating, then goes silent, (stops showing generating). The first time it did it, it mentioned an internet issue, my connection is fine.

I changed models, (gemini, clause and 4o, thinking off/on), but same issue. I tried new chat, closing and opening cursor afresh, same issue.

Only thing that worked is working on another project. It worked with no issue. Currently it looks like this in my failing project workspace

Windows 11, Cursor 0.48.7

Tempted to move my project to a new directory just to make it work.
