Hey there! That Request ID never reached our servers, so this is the network path rather than your account. A couple of quick things:
- Cursor Settings > Network > Run Diagnostics and share the output.
- In that same section, set HTTP Compatibility Mode to HTTP/1.1, then fully quit (Cmd/Ctrl+Q) and reopen. Some corporate proxies block the HTTP/2 streaming Cursor uses by default.
If you’re on a managed network, ask IT to exclude *.cursor.sh, *.cursorapi.com, and *.cursor-cdn.com from SSL inspection (allowlisting alone usually isn’t enough) - details here. Updating to the latest version is worth it too.
Does the whole window lock up and show “Not Responding”, or does it stay usable and only chat errors out?
