I’m a Pro user trying to use the Cursor tab.
I already re-signed up after purchasing a Pro license.
The pop-up in the bottom right corner over the Cursor Tab shows: Requires pro (custom model).

I forgot to mention that I tried using the Cursor tab with both the Disable HTTP 2 configuration options (disabled/enabled) but there is no effect:

I have pro subscription and getting the same error. I also tried with disable Http2 option, didn’t work, tried to logout and login again with my account still facing this same issue, our log error is same.
I’m sure this problem relates to network on multiple computers, because we test it from China:
- Without VPN: most time not work, occasionally it works
- With VPN but VPN is blocked by Claude or ChatGPT: could not work
- With VPN no issue to visit Claude: it works smoothly
Also it has no relationship with other settings, like http 2.x and etc.
I’m not sure if this is a solution or a set of circumstances, but I reinstalled the application and installed it again in the admin mode (Windows 10), and the Curstor tab has started working correctly.
