I have a pro account on cursor. I have been using cursor for 6 months now - so I am familiar with the tool and my workflow but now how to resolve this.
I’m on a corporate environment. Same environment as previously but I had to reinstall cursor. Perhaps there also was some sort of environment update by IT team? It is hard to reach them and get specifics due to size of organization.
Problem: Cursor tab is grey with a line through it. Hover text says requires pro/custom model.
It then directs me towards the website where I sign in. I go back to cursor… nothing happens. Still greyed out.
If I go to cursor settings - it shows me with the Account Pro.
If i go to settings.json:
“cursor.general.disableHttp2”: true
Additionally, the box is checked for this. when I do ctrl+, and search for http2.
If I open up terminal and go to the output and then switch to ‘cursor tab’.
I see the following message:
Error Checking Connection: [internal] unable to get local issuer certificate.
CTRL K and CTRL L both work just fine.
Cursor Version: 0.47.8
VScode Version: 1.96.2
Its on a linux server when I ssh into, it but also a Windows 10.0.19045.
I’ve looked at other topics with this problem but I can’t find anything recent. Hoping someone can point my in the right direction to get this fixed as its extremely frustrating.
