After upgrading to version 0.40.1 today, my Cursor Tab stopped working properly and became very slow. Interestingly, I received a downgrade update that reverted my version back to 0.39, and the Cursor Tab started working again. However, a few hours later, I received another update to version 0.40.1, and the Cursor Tab broke again. So, I guess there might be an issue with version 0.40.1?
Other Info:
I have a pro account
I use this cursor from last year
here is the logs:
2024-08-26 21:40:18.107 [info] CURSOR LOG: Error in streaming cpp [canceled] This operation was aborted
I’m getting similar behavior: Cursor tab isn’t suggesting anything, and it seems to be worsened when there are Errors in files. Usually reloading the window helps or it starts working in some time again
No, It’s not stable, every time I restart the cursor, the Cursor Tab works normally, but after using it for a while, it breaks again, and restarting it restores normal functionality.
I already sent my logs to your email, Please help check.
When Cursor Tab broke, my coding efficiency decreased. Please find the reason as soon as possible; I rely on it too much.
I have the same problem, I wrote to hi@cursor.com but recieved no reply!
I have a lot of free quota still pending and I was thinking of buying subscription but this bug made me wait on it and no response from the team on email or X platform made me skeptic.
Can I ask you’re all getting the message that tells you you need to be a cursor pro user (even though you already are), as that’s what I’m seeing at the moment?
