Describe the request
Let me leave multiple element-linked comments while reviewing a page in Design Mode, then submit them all at once to generate a single Plan.
Today the flow is mostly one element → one prompt. UI review is multi-point by nature, so I want a Figma/PR-style pin workflow that ends in Plan Mode.
Today: select element → comment → send (repeat N times, or manually reassemble context).
Proposed: pin notes across the page → Create Plan from comments once.
Proposed UX
Enter Design Mode
Click element A → leave a short pinned comment
Click element B → leave another pin (A stays)
Repeat across the screen
Click Create Plan from comments
Cursor opens Plan Mode with every element ref + its comment, plus an optional global instruction

Suggested details:
Pins stay visible until submit/clear
Edit / delete a pin before submit
Optional Shift/Cmd+click to add a pin target without opening the field immediately
One Plan that reasons over all notes together (consistency, order, dependencies) — not N separate agent runs

Pin on hero: “Brand should be stronger than the headline”
Pin on CTA: “Primary action is unclear”
Pin on cards: “Remove card chrome unless needed for interaction”
Pin on footer: “Too much competing info above the fold”
→ One coherent polish plan covering all four.
Why this matters
Design Mode is already great for pointing at UI. The missing piece is batch visual review → one Plan. That matches how people already review in Figma / PRs, but ends in an executable engineering plan.

Multi-element selection into chat helps, but doesn’t give per-element comments + one Plan
Inline comments in Plan Mode are useful for plan text, not live UI elements
Would love this as a first-class Design Mode review → Plan flow.
