Double charged monthly

I was one of the earlier adapters of the paid plan. Around November of 2023, I could no longer login to my cursor account. I had to create a second account. Since then I have been double charged every month. I have emailed in multiple times, responded to a forum post about charges, messaged in the discord, and messaged admins in the discord. I am just looking to stop being charged and swapped to a yearly account.

I urgently need to stop these charges and obtain an invoice for our accountants.
