@condor
Hi cursor team,
as a European, I’m facing an issue I’d expect to see more frequently here. As far as I’m aware, most EU universities don’t use the .edu domain for student emails.
Is there any chance that individual university domains, such as “cvut.cz”, “tum.de ” or “cuni.cz” could get approved for the student status?

hi @Josph27 and thank you for your interest in our student program. At this time we are onboarding students with email address containing .edu.
In the future we will expand the student program and will make an announcement once were are ready.
Currently we are not approving individual domains.
You can also vote up support for more countries and add your like for individual regions.
Attention Students Outside the USA or Without a .edu Email
If you are a student whose educational institution is outside the USA or does not use a .edu email address, please reply below with your country and email domain (e.g., .ac.uk instead of university.ac.uk).
If you see your email domain already listed, do not add a new comment, simply upvote this post and add a like to the existing record. This helps us measure demand for expanding our student discount in the future.
