It would be useful to have an option for team members to transfer some of their unused tokens to a coworker who has already reached their monthly limit.
This could be particularly valuable at the end of the month, when one person still has tokens available while another has, once again, managed to successfully spend every last one of them.
A simple way to donate or transfer unused tokens between team members would be a great addition.
Right now, included usage on the Teams plan is allocated per seat, so it can’t be moved between teammates or carried over. Pooled usage, where the whole team draws from one shared allowance, is currently only available on the Enterprise plan.
For a mixed team of heavy and light users, there are a couple of levers available today: an admin can enable on-demand usage with a per-member spend limit for the person who runs out, or move heavier users onto a Premium seat, which includes about 5x the usage of a Standard seat.
