Hi - I’m trying to learn from this, but it’s written assuming you really know all about Cursor already - not really useful for a quickstart, but there we are. It goes right into “type this in” - and never says what app, what tab or anything. If I were to follow the instructions, I’d be typing literally into nothing.
I tried typing the “function calculate” that it’s supposed to recommend completions for, into the only place I see in the Cursor app that accepts text (apparently it’s the editor, although there is no labeling of that at all), and it did nothing. The editor is just another space on the UI that has no identification.
Is there a better startup guide - one that actually starts with the UI and explains what the various parts are? If this is an example of an AI written app, and probably AI-written quickstart, it’s particularly terrible.
