The update of Grok Bot’s Computer should finish in a few minutes and then reconnect.

After that I should be able to use Grok Bot again, with my existing bots, files, logins, and chats still there.

The “Updating Grok Bot’s Computer” screen should not stay stuck on “Transferring your data” at 43%.

Does this stop you from using Cursor

Yes - Cursor is unusable

Update screen is gone (no longer stuck at 43%).
Grok Bot still unusable.

Every bot fails, including a brand-new Bot.
Message sent: “ping”
Error: “O Bot não conseguiu responder / Algo deu errado ao gerar a resposta. Tente novamente.”
(“Bot failed to respond / Something went wrong generating the response.”)

Please recover/reattach my Agent Computer on the backend.
Do NOT Reset.
Keep bots, files, logins, and chats.

Hey @Rafael3, that “Transferring your data 43%” screen cleared on its own and nothing was reset. Your computer, bots, files, logins, and chats are all intact and running normally now, so no backend reattach is needed. If it ever comes back, just fully quit Grok Bot and reopen (on Mac, Quit from the menu bar) and don’t press Reset.

The “Bot failed to respond” errors are a separate, account-side thing (not the computer) and should be sorted now, so your bots should be replying again. If they’re still not, email us at [email protected] and we’ll check your account directly.
