Several bots I created yesterday just stopped responding completely for no reason, still have plenty of usage, quit and reopened, updated/reset everything, still not responding. Basically a ton of work I did setting up and preparing agents all day yesterday completely useless - wondering if this product is a scam at this point, not sure what to do as support isn’t seemingly able to do anything.
