Very glad to hear that.
I found a way to enjoy its advantage: I disable the option to run terminal commands, let it handle the long tasks, and it does all the work — especially in the UI, I saw it’s successful.
Step B: I send everything to GPT-5 to fix all the mistakes it made.

I see that it’s really annoying — now I have to switch agents every time, and also switch models.
Is it supposed to be like that?
Shouldn’t it be that when I choose a custom model, it automatically activates that model as well?
Otherwise, what’s the point?
I did that, and it still doesn’t switch the model automatically — I still have to manually change both the agent and the model.

Resolved it works without any api key only add model
Correct, no API key is required.
If someone does not have the model, you can add it as @Dtometzki mentioned by going to Settings > Models and add grok-code-fast-1
