Hello, I’m also encountering the same issue. I only used cursor at the start of the Pro trial. But after using it, I realized the tool was not beneficial to my use-case.
While I’m not getting charged for this right now, I keep getting an email reminding me to update the payment method every day. I also don’t see an option to cancel the subscription.
I tried to cancel my subscription before the end of the trial period, but I couldn’t find the appropriate option, and now I’m facing the same problem. I have already sent a request to cancel my subscription, but every day I receive an email saying that the cursor is trying to debit funds from my card. Please help me.
