How to enable Opt Out mode

Why the Opt-out button is no longer available?

Hello guys, this is my first post. I was reading through the forum to see which option was the best for my $20 Pro plan and if maybe the Cursor team would make any changes. After several posts I saw that the best option was to go back to the legacy 500 request/month and the button is NO LONGER THERE. Is this happening to all the users?
