Any ideas on what could be causing these issues and any tips on how to troubleshoot them? The main reason is that I’d like to use the GPT4-128k context when dealing with large code blocks, and just to experiment.

Do you have credits loaded onto your OpenAI account, or do you have a plan where you get charged at the end of each month for usage during that month?
I am charged once a month depending on usage.
I am facing the same problem. For my problem domain GPT-4 Turbo is more useful than original GPT-4 as it knows latest updates. I can’t use my OpenAI API key because this toggle is not working.
I am a Pro user, if this info is useful.
