I expect better support

I just saw a posting in the forum, which seems to be instead of actual support. As a paying customer, I think I have a right to:

  1. A decent manual. Where is a document that shows a picture of the screen, and what features exist? I just have to glean through random postings in forums? That’s not impressive.
  2. Great posting about new features in version.47. Where is it? Because the latest I downloaded is 46.11. I don’t see a beta version I can try.
  3. How do I even find out what version a running version of cursor is?

It’s basic customer support like this that makes the user experience frustrating.

To find out the Cursor version on Windows, go to Help -> About, and on Mac, go to Cursor -> About Cursor.

To get the beta version, press cmd/ctrl + shift + J, navigate to the Beta tab, and select the Early Access option.
