I increased my fast-requests, but now need to decrease to 500 - must I wait until end of the billing cycle?

Two months ago I had to increase my fast-requests from 500 to 1,500. Last month I had no need for this and now I want to decrease my fast-requests back to the base of 500.

What will happen if I update my plan, will my remaining fast-requests be immediately cancelled when I update my plan or will the fast-requests remain valid and expire at the end of the current billing cycle and the updated plan will take effect on the next billing cycle?

Hi @kuzma

I think so, your plan will be updated by the end of the month.

this is very poorly displayed and explained on the settings page

it says “Add/Remove Fast Requests: - 500 +”

when I clicked to 500 it says “Downgrade, save $40/mo”, it does NOT say “Downgrade is effective immediately and you may lose fast-requests”

downgrade in my mind is the same as cancelling and upon your next billing cycle you will have the revised plan

So I downgraded and immediately I lost 1,000 fast-requests

What a bunch of children running this company.

FYI - I was billed $60 on October 3 and today it is October 17, so my downgrade took $40 from me. I still have almost 3-weeks and I only have 500 fast-requests now

So, if you want to downgrade, set must your alarm to ring the day before your plan renews and then downgrade this is an example of a poorly managed company that unfortunately has a nice product
