If the automatic update of Cursor is prohibited

Cursor doesn’t have the function to prohibit automatic updates. It will update automatically whenever there is a new version. After it was updated to version 0.43.4 in the past two days, I found that there are many problems. It’s not as user-friendly as version 0.42 at all. I hope that the update of versions can be carried out manually by me.

settings.json add “update.mode”: “none”

I added this configuration by referring to VS Code, but I’m not sure if it will take effect.
