Does this stop you from using Cursor

No - Cursor works, but with this issue

Hey @yaireo,

Confirmed on the drag-and-drop side: dropping a file onto a message you’re editing currently lands it in the bottom input and closes the edit. It’s an issue we’re tracking. For now, doing that same edit in the Agents Window (the button at the top of the chat panel) handles the drop correctly.

For the @-mention half I couldn’t reproduce it yet: when you @ a file inside an edited earlier message, does the chip land in the message or in the bottom input? A short clip like your first one would help pin it down.

Now I see that mentioning a file & adding it within an edit-mode message works.
Thanks for replying to me!
