Indexed Docs not visible to default Agents

Where does the bug appear (feature/product)?

Describe the Bug

Docs indexed and confirmed with timestamp and green light are not visible to default agents (used multiple agents and none can see).
I have included the Docs in Cursor Settings → Indexing & Docs → Docs. Cursor indicates a green light and shows the docs referenced were indexed 9/3/25, 11:36 AM. But when asked, the agent responds that it cannot see them.
An example of Doc I’m using is: https://api.daft.ie/doc/v3/

Steps to Reproduce

Add a doc to be indexed. Wait for indexing to complete. Refer to doc in agent via @Docs and select the newly added doc. Agent responds with lack of visibility.

Expected Behavior

Agents can refer to Docs that have completed indexing.

No - Cursor works, but with this issue
