it keep reconnecting, is cursor service down?

it working fine several days before, I am using latest 3.10.20 version

Thanks for confirming this is related to Zscaler. Cursor itself is up; Zscaler often breaks Cursor’s streaming connections (especially with SSL inspection or HTTP/2).

Please try this first:

  1. Open Cursor Settings → Network
  2. Set HTTP Compatibility Mode to HTTP/1.1
  3. Fully quit and reopen Cursor
  4. Run Network → Run Diagnostics and let us know if anything fails

If you’re in a corporate environment, if it still reconnects, ask your IT/Zscaler admin to:

  • Bypass SSL inspection for *.cursor.sh, *.cursor-cdn.com, *.cursorapi.com, and *.cursorvm.com (check Cursor settings → Network → Required domains for the full list)
  • Allow outbound access to those domains

As a quick check, if Cursor works with Zscaler disconnected, that confirms the proxy is that issue.
