Describe the request
It would be fantastic if a given chat could read from other chats. I will often start new chats to change my approach on a given feature; or I’ll go off to the side to do an improvement that’s not strictly related to the primary goal; or troubleshoot a bug; or to be honest I’m not even sure why. But at the end of the day, when I look back, there will be 6 chats about the same subject, and I want to get an overview of what all happened. I would love to be able to have one agent read all the chats and sum them up. Is there any discussion around this?
