Major Update Tend to break

Hey, everybody,

I started using cursor on November 9, 2024,
my use of cursor is not constant, but often when I’m doing big projects, I like to have it by my side for assistance, either for discussion, or to check my functions, add logs quickly to see where I screwed up, so a rather casual use more than professional.

I’ve never had too many problems, even if at the time the limit rate was a pain (now with the auto model, and a good use of rules and context, it’s fine), but one problem that comes up with every major update is that it breaks the whole thing,

Normally I don’t post too much on the forums because, as mentioned above, I do it more as a passion on the side than as a professional, but I really like this product, and with each major update, it’s like going back 2 steps, I have to relearn how it works

personally, I don’t have too many complaints about the product, especially for my day-to-day use, but you guys really need to have to change the fact that every time we upgrade to a new major update, we have to relearn how to use it, maybe it’s just me who has this problem, but with every major update it’s the same thing, my workflow is broken, I have to adapt it again

as mentioned above, I love this product, it has helped me enormously to improve my work flow, but if with each update I have to re-adapt my workflow, I don’t think it’s viable in the long term,

I hope this problem is just local or me being a mentally dense, because I really like this product, and would like to keep using it and see it grow
