Run network diagnostics:
- Cursor Settings → Network → Run Diagnostics
Try a new chat - sometimes creating a new Agent chat fixes the issue
Other things to check:
- Are you on a VPN, corporate network, or using a firewall/proxy? These can interfere with the connection
- If you’re using MCP servers, try disabling the ones you’re not actively using (Cursor has a limit of 80 tools)
