My Cursor subscription was lost

I just bought the cursor pro subscription for one year on Dec 5th. But my company invited me to the cursor recently. And suddenly, my github account lost the cursor pro subscription.

Cursor autocomplete was disabled and states I need the pro to do so.

Please HELP!!!
