Hi, I am not sure how to connect with customer support, so I am writing here. I have been charged but it is still showing free plan for me.

Yeah the support button goes to a blank page, this is play one out of the fraud playbook, this company is trash
The support button should open your email client installed on your computer. If you don’t have one, a blank page opens. Maybe we should think about how to improve this. In any case, you can use [email protected].
