Hi, I am having trouble upgrading to the business plan.
I’ve taken the following steps:
- logged into my existing Pro cursor profile, attempted to upgrade to business. My card was charged successfully and my bank shows 3 pending transactions. I have not gotten any confirmation emails.
Before realizing that my bank was charged, I thought there may be an issue with the upgrade process to business tier.
I then created a new fresh profile, subscribed directly to business tier with a new card. My card was successfully charged.
In both instances, there are no changes to my account subscription tier present in the user settings. No changes to either profile in Cursor IDE.
I now have 4 charges for business tier, across 2 different profiles and none are successfully upgraded to the appropriate tier.
What’s the best way for me to get this resolved?

How did you solve it? I am also having this issue. I tried emailing the hi@cursor.com, but have yet to receive a response.

This is happening for my account as well, with no response from support. I am on the verge of charging back the payments.

I’ve got this issue also. I am trying to create a business team for the last week. I’ve got 3 devs waiting to continue using cursor past their trials. I’ve sent emails to hi@cursor.com and the response time is so slow.
I’m having the same issue - the payment went through, so it charged, but nothing updates in my account…
no response yet. Can we get our team activated Cursor?
