I found one workaround which worked for me.
You can open a new composer in “Control Panel”, and then the issue will gone in new composer. Not sure if it can fix your problem. @Gedeza
After trying every hint or solution i could find, my solution was to delete %APPDATA%\Cursor. After doing this, restarting cursor allows you to start with clean settings and will regenerate the folder and its files. Now everything works again. It seems there where some corrupted files inside this folder. The issue first occurred after running out of credits on my account and to test i created a new account but the issue remained. Restarted the computer, reinstalled cursor, deleted all the vscode plugins, nothing worked. But deleting the %APPDATA%\Cursor folder did the trick.
