Stuck generating response

This has already been reported multiple times, however past solutions do not work for me:

I am experiencing this issue repeatedly in 0.45.3

Starting a new Compose does not resolve it.
Restarting the app does not resolve it.
Restarting my computer does not resovle it.

The only thing that resovles the issue is deleting the whole user folder at ~/Library/Application Support/Cursor/User

Yes, after deleting the User folder, restarting Cursor, re-logging in and adding the project files, it works for a time but inevitably the issue eventually reruns.

When the issue returns, can you open the Developer tools with the Developer: Toggle Developer Tools command and see if that has any errors in that could suggest a cause for this?

messaged you separately to debug, but would be helpful to get a request id that failed (preferably with privacy mode disabled so i can see backend logs) and see the console logs @danperks mentioned!

@rishabhy I had and currently have Privacy mode on. I will turn it off. After I turn it off, are you able to go back in time and view backend logs from yesterday, or will it only allow you to view backend logs going forward?
