Hey @Ravi_V
Quickest check: fully quit Grok Bot, switch to a personal phone hotspot (off the office network and VPN), and reopen. If it loads there, your office network is the blocker.
Since *.cursorvm.com already resolves for you, changing DNS won’t fix it. Ask your IT team to allowlist and exclude from SSL inspection both *.cursorvm.com and *.*.cursorvm.com (both levels are needed). Steps, the full domain list, and a quick way to confirm SSL inspection are here: Network Configuration | Cursor Docs (see “SSL inspection and DLP”).
One note: skip “Recover / Reset computer,” since your computer is fine and it won’t help. Give the hotspot a try and let me know what you see!
Same blank screen even when i am connected to personal phone hotspot. (VPN not connected). I tried from my personal laptop for my personal cursor account and grok bot works there, but not in the company laptop which has “cursor Teams”
