I purchased 1,000 fast usage credits for $20 directly through the app on a monthly plan. However, Cursor is trying to charge me for a second Pro account, even though I already have an active Pro subscription. Despite contacting support multiple times via email over the past week, this issue still hasn’t been resolved, and the amount is still being charged to my credit card. Actually, no one has ever replied to me. I only got automatic emails regarding the payment has been failed. Can someone please assist me with this issue? Thank you!
