Wait for the 0.41.1 update, I think it’s fixed in that version. At least, I haven’t encountered this issue.

Originally had the problem on 0.40.4, saw this thread, upgraded, restarted cursor, resubmitted, and got the error again. Resubmitting yet again and it came back OK.
