Could some kind soul explains to me what steps should i follow to get the best/latest/not ancient python ide environment in cursor?

Im using nightly
Update 0.22.1-nightly enabled a newer version of Python extension.
I believe you can also download the .vsix file from the marketplace and drag it into the extensions tab. If Cursor caps the version, it would tell you to “Update” the extension but that would just downgrade it. So don’t click on that.
