Ro Subscription Active but Still Receiving Usage Limit Error

I recently upgraded to the Cursor Pro plan, which is active on my account dashboard. However, despite having an active Pro subscription, I am still encountering the following error message:

“ERROR: You’ve used up your 50 free claude-3.5-sonnet requests. You can continue using claude-3.5-sonnet by subscribing to Pro or entering your OpenAI key in settings. Otherwise, you can stay on our free plan (200 cursor-small requests per month).”

I’ve logged out and back into my account, confirmed my Pro subscription, and followed all the necessary steps. However, the system is still treating my account as if it’s on the free plan.

I would appreciate any guidance or solutions to resolve this issue. Is there something I need to do on my end to ensure that my Pro plan is being recognized properly?

Here’s what I’ve already tried to resolve the issue:

  1. Verified that my Pro subscription is active in my account.
  2. Uninstalled and reinstalled the application.
  3. Logged out and back into my account.

Despite these steps, my account is still being treated as if it’s on the free plan.

I sent an email yesterday.

Could you please advise if there’s something else I need to do on my end to ensure my Pro subscription is recognized? If not, could you verify my account or perform a reset on your end?
