Select Current Line Setting Missing

Describe the Bug

So I am new to the Cursor community but my understanding is that Cursor is a fork off of VS Code that has enhanced features and AI capabilities. As someone who has been using VS Code for a long time and has gotten accustomed to a lot of the keyboard shortcuts, it has been a pretty big challenge getting used to all the changed keybinds or conflicts that have been introduced with Cursor default settings.

That being said, I have noticed 1 specific keybind that VS Code has missing from Cursor, the “Select Current Line” keybind (normally set to “Ctrl+L”).

I’m not sure if this was intentional or not, so I felt posting this as a bug might be most appropriate.

Steps to Reproduce

Search the keybinds list and there is no “Select Current Line” keybind.

Expected Behavior

In the current version of base VS Code, I believe this keybind option does exist.

Operating System

Windows 10/11

Does this stop you from using Cursor
