Simple request consistently failing with Sonnet 3.7, Error calling tool

It has been consistently failing with sonnet 3.7, while it works with 3.5.

I tried multiple times, tool calling fails and after that i have to reload my window to use the agent again because next prompts don’t even get processed and make the UI stuck to “Generating…”
