Hi guys, I know heavy users want to see some optimizations, but for me I managed to do the MVP of my dream project with cursor in just five days!!
You don’t understand, I got so much closer to my dream in five days than I could ever hope for. I thought MVP would probably take 6 months and cost me a fortune for a capable programmer. Now I managed it myself in five days and 15$ of credits.
Sure I get some of the negative-productive feedback here in the forum and maybe I’ll get to a point where I’m so used to just being able to implement a database into a complex backend and an absolutely functional front end (even though I barely ever got beyond a ‘hello world’-level in python myself) that start to see the negatives first, -but I’ll be forever thankful for putting me in a position where a dream of mine could actually become a reality.
Back in early ChatGPT days, I tried copypasting back and forth and it was hell and bad and hell. Cursor on the other hand… I watched youtube for the most part of realizing my dream. How insane is that?
You can do it in one day if you use Cursor a bit differently. It’s all about how you structure the prompts, reuse context, and leverage snippets efficiently. Once you dial that in, MVPs feel like cheat codes.
