Sonnet models not working in Cursor for 48+ hours despite working in other editors

I’m facing an issue where Sonnet models are not usable in Cursor for the last 48+ hours.

Details:

  • Sonnet models fail immediately in Cursor.

  • The same Sonnet models work correctly in other editors (e.g., Antigravity).

  • I ran Cursor Network Diagnostics and all checks show OK.

  • I’ve tried:

    • New chats and agents

    • Switching models

    • Restarting Cursor

The issue appears to be Cursor-specific, not a network or model availability problem.

Could you please check if there is an account-level or provider routing issue affecting Sonnet models on my Cursor account and reset/re-sync if needed?

hi @Anuragstark we did not have an outage at that time as we were using Sonnet and Opus models then without issues.

Please let me know if this is still happening. In case you encounter bugs like this please post them in Support > Bug Reports so we can properly address them.
