Hello everyone,

I am an international student from South Korea trying to get the student discount for Cursor Pro.

My university email address is [email protected], which is the standard academic domain for my college in Korea. However, the online verification system shows an “Invalid Email” error, saying that only .edu addresses are supported.

I have already tried contacting the support team via email, but I received an automated response stating that I must use a .edu address to receive support.

Is there a way for international students with non-.edu domains to get their student status manually verified? Or is there a specific human support channel that can help with this issue? I have my student ID card and an enrollment certificate ready to provide.

  1. Go to the student discount page.

  2. Enter a valid non-.edu university email address (e.g., my email: [[email protected]]).

  3. The system shows an “Invalid Email” error.
