Takes forever to react to a prompt or it crashes

I have been using Cursos exclusively to build a webapp around LLM model and after several days when it was close to being somewhat functional Cursor started hanging and crashing. Just a basic prompt to report status without any context files takes 10-30 minutes to respond or it crashes. It became unusable. I tried rebooting the app, pc, and it still behaves the same way. Super frustrating, anyone has been experiencing the same? It started last night and was more or less ok in the morning and it froze around noon until now, US EST zone for ref. Super frustrating!

Can someone from the support respond? Looks like tons of people are experiencing all sorts of problems today. Guys, hurry up plz, we are fee paying clients. We need this up and running.

I also dropped an email to the support. Hopefully they will do something about it.

to clarify I am using Claude 3.7-sonnet

Experiencing the same issues as well.

here is what i regularly get , the code changes proly each time but the hang often ends with this message or something similar
