Try these solutions in order:
Disable HTTP/2: Press Ctrl + , → search for “HTTP/2” → enable “Disable HTTP/2”, then restart Cursor and try logging in
Temporarily disable firewall/antivirus during login (most common cause)
Disable VPN if you’re using one
Run Network Diagnostics: Cursor Settings > Network > Run Diagnostics and share the results
