Can you please tell me where do you make this selection for thinking model? I believe I have not even selected the thinking model, and I just want to use the non-thinking model, but still get this same error?
Curor team mentioned they will need to make tweaks to Claude 4 models for tool calling. could be a related change temporary outage. @danperks

i wish using my own key really means using my own key and if Cursor has a problem it doesn’t impact me
Its not as simple as using your own API key goes through Cursor servers where the orchestration happens.
omg this one is painfull was in the flow this ■■■■ jumped up on me cost me 100 credits with testing out if its context problem so i added Max 
for 95 credits thanks, cursor ! just to find out there is no support or anything , i might go to windsurf tho

Have you tried restarting Cursor or starting a new chat? Also, are you using your API key?
