Unable to access Claude Sonnet 4 despite Pro plan and low recent usage

Describe the Bug

I’m on the Pro plan, which should allow 500 requests per month. However, I received a rate limit warning and am now blocked from using Claude 4 Sonnet. I haven’t even used 500 requests yet, and the toggle to switch back to the 500-request plan (as mentioned by support) is not visible in my account.

Why am I paying for Pro if I can’t even use the model when I need it? My work is getting blocked, and this delay is seriously affecting my productivity. This is extremely frustrating as I am on the Pro subscription, but the experience feels like a free trial with limited access.

Steps to Reproduce

Log in to a Pro account on Cursor.

Use Claude-4-Sonnet model for less than 500 requests.

Go to the Settings page — no option to switch back to the 500-request plan.

Try using Claude-4-Sonnet again — a rate limit message appears, and usage is blocked.

Expected Behavior

s a Pro user, I should be able to:

Use up to 500 requests on any model, including Claude Sonnet 4.

See the option to toggle off extended agent limits (as promised by support).

Continue working without being treated like a free trial user.
