I have been unable to use Gemini 2.5 Pro and all Claude series models for the past 3 days. During this period, I have repeatedly tested my network connection and other similar software, confirming that only Cursor is experiencing this issue.
The error message I consistently receive is:
“Connection failed. If the problem persists, please check your internet connection or VPN
(Request ID: a798d8b0-e84c-44c9-87bc-00bd0530feae)”
Could you please investigate why these models are inaccessible? My internet connection and VPN are working properly with other applications.
