When I was chating with cursor, this window prompted up, and I hit login
Then I was rediect to web page login

After that, I was rediected to cursor but I was still not login

This problem is fatal! I reported the problem from cursor/help but nothing happened

Hey, how many devices are you currently using? If you have only one, try logging into your account and revoking all sessions.

I try to use cursor in 2 devices. I logged in another device yesterday and current mac is unable to login.

Try not to use the account on two devices simultaneously. Close the app on one before opening it on another.

I just closed the cursor app on one device. But I still not able to login on my mac.

I’m not sure if “close the app on one device” means log-out? But I find no “log out” button in cursor.

No, I meant just closing Cursor without logging out. You can also try logging out of all sessions in your account and then logging back in. If none of this helps, I think Dan will sort it out.

It worked somehow now.
I don’t think it’s reasonable to set restriction to simultaneous login to 1 device. It’s not rare to have more than 1 device.
BTW, I think this term of service should be bold at payment page
