I really love Cursor and I’d like to purchase the Pro version after trying it out. However, my CTRL-L keeps throwing a “connection failed” error no matter what I do.(e.g, fce25695-b3c2-4d3a-a2cf-a6242616a057)
I’m using the override OpenAI URL, and my CTRL-K works just fine.
I’ve tried reinstalling, changing model names, using the Cursor model, toggling HTTP/2, enabling/disabling web search, updating and even rolling back to previous versions. I’ve even tried various APIs like Anthropic, Google, and Azure, but none worked — all returned the same error. I’m on the verge of losing it.
Could anyone help fix this problem? I promise to immediately subscribe to Pro if it gets resolved.
Hi,yes, with my own API key, for every model (claude-3-5-sonnet-20240620, chatgpt-4o-latest, claude-3-opus-20240229, gpt-4o-2024-08-06, etc.) Any model is available with my key in CTRL-K, but all failed in CTRL-L.
Thank you very much, I will send an email. However, I’m not using the official OpenAI key but an integrated API, so I can use both Claude and GPT at the same time.
I’m not sure, it might be an issue with the service you’re using to access the API, maybe its requests are being blocked, but it’s hard to say. As an alternative, you can try setting it up through https://www.cursorlens.com/.
