Unexpected Certificate Issuer stops cursor working

Describe the Bug

We have zscaler and the endpoint loads in the browser if I check, but after the latest update to the app it will not connect and the network troubleshooting shows this.

Steps to Reproduce

Simpley trying to use it, it just sticks on Generating…
