Feature request for product/service

Describe the request
I am a long-time, heavy Cursor user and currently subscribe to the $200/month Ultra plan. Cursor has become an important part of my daily research and development workflow, and I would like to suggest introducing a limited usage-reset or bonus-credit program for committed paid users.
Recently, other major AI coding providers have introduced mechanisms such as rate-limit resets, temporary usage increases, referral-based resets, or goodwill credits. OpenAI has introduced banked Codex rate-limit resets for eligible users, while Anthropic has also reset Claude Code usage limits for subscribers in response to acknowledged service-quality issues.
I hope Cursor could consider one or more of the following options:
One complimentary usage reset per month or quarter for Ultra subscribers
Additional bonus usage after major releases or model launches
Goodwill credits following significant outages, degraded performance, or service interruptions
Loyalty bonuses based on the number of consecutive months subscribed to Ultra
Occasional promotional usage increases for long-term paid users
A transparent page showing bonus credits, reset eligibility, usage history, and expiration dates
I am not requesting unlimited usage. Even a limited and clearly defined reset or bonus mechanism would significantly improve the perceived value of the Ultra plan and demonstrate appreciation for Cursor’s most committed users.
At $200 per month, Ultra customers are making a substantial and recurring commitment to the platform. A modest loyalty or goodwill allowance would strengthen customer trust, retention, and willingness to continue using Cursor as a primary development environment.
Thank you for considering this request.
